BOX OF CARDS
This passion project involved designing a custom playing card box for a non-standard deck, starting from scratch without disassembling the original packaging. I reverse-engineered the proportions by observing the existing box and rebuilt the layout to fit the unique card dimensions.

The final prototype was printed in black and white on 80lb paper, allowing me to experiment with structure, folding, and how different paper weights influence form and durability. The exercise offered a hands-on exploration of layout logic, material behaviour, and the process of creating a tailored, functional piece of packaging design.
